From points South:
Take Interstate 91 North to Exit 18
At the bottom of the exit ramp take a left at the traffic light onto Route 5 North
Drive 1.1 miles to main intersection in Northampton
Take a left at the light onto Route 9 West (also called Main Street)
Drive through Northampton (or stop at a cafÈ )
As you leave Northampton, the road curves to the right passing Smith College on your left (Route 9 is now also named Elm Street)
Continue for 1.5 miles to center of Florence (pass the famous Miss Floís Diner on your right) to traffic light at Maple Street
Left at light on Maple Street (you just passed the historic Miss Florence Diner on your right)
Take your 2nd right on Pine Street
Continue to stop sign (admire statue of Sojourner Truth on your right)
Drive down hill 200 yards
Arts & Industry is the 4 story white brick building on your right
Park in front or continue past building over river to stop sign
Take a right and park in overflow lot
(approximate driving time from Exit 18 to studio is 10 minutes)
From points East:
Take Interstate 90 (Mass Pike) West to Exit 4
Merge onto Interstate 91 North and drive 12 miles to Exit 18
At the bottom of the exit ramp take a left at the traffic light onto Route 5 North

From Greenfield and points North:
Interstate 91 South to Exit 21
At the bottom of ramp take a left
Travel 1.2 miles on Rt. 5 & 10
Bear right onto Hatfield Street (Cottman Transmission on your left and Mark¹s Motors ahead of you)
Go .5 miles to stop sign (Northampton Nursing Home ahead of you)
Take a right onto Bridge Street
Travel 6.4 miles to flashing light by ball field
Take a left onto Maple Street
Go to traffic light at center of Florence
Continue through light
Take 2nd right onto Pine Street
Continue to stop sign (admire statue of Sojourner Truth on your right)
Drive down hill 200 yards
Arts & Industry is the 4 story white brick building on your right
Park in front or continue past building over river to stop sign
Take a right and park in overflow lot
(approximate driving time from Greenfield to the studio is 25 minutes)
Directions to Studio 404:
Whether you have parked on the other side of the river in the overflow parking lot or if you got lucky and found parking in front of the building, face the building and turn your head to the left. You will be looking at the West Entrance. Enter there and walk up 4 flights of stairs to the top floor. My studio is the second door on your left.
